FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: Hope For Vision, Live! welcomes the support
of the Miami Lighthouse for the Blind and Visually Impaired
for the NMB Benefit.
North Miami, Florida, March 6, 2006 -Hope For Vision, Live! a benefit performance to raise awareness and money to fight retinal degenerative and other blinding diseases, welcomes the support shown by the Miami Lighthouse for the Blind and Visually Impaired. The performance taking place at the North Miami Beach Theater of the Performing Arts at 17011 NE 19th Avenue in North Miami Beach on Monday, April 24th at 7:30pm, will feature top comedy acts, musicians and dancers coming together for this worthy cause. With the support of the Miami Lighthouse for the Blind and Visually Impaired, the event is taking its place in the effort to inform the public and put an end to blinding diseases.
"Having the support of the Miami Lighthouse for the Blind is really beneficial," said event creator Susie Taylor. "We at Hope For Vision are fighting hard in our efforts. Having the Miami Lighthouse behind our efforts lends their status of fighting the good fight for 75 years to our cause. Together we're all making a difference. That's what this event is all about."

Hope for Vision, Live! "Illegally Blind" will feature
live performances by some of South Florida's most talented
entertainers as they unite to raise money and awareness,
and to change the way you see things. Slated to perform
at the show are The Green Room, DJ Le Spam, the Laughing
Gas Improv Theatre Company, THEY improv, Peter Fogel,
Steve Gladstone, Crescendo and many more. In addition,
MadTV's Keegan Michael Key and the Miami Heat Dancers
will be performing taking the show to a higher level.
The show will be presented live with a Descriptive Audio
commentary provided by the VSA Arts of Florida.
